How is Our Pricing Calculated?
Fulfillment pricing consists of four distinct charges, with a detailed breakdown included in every invoice—ensuring full transparency on how each order is billed. We never charge upfront or require a minimum fee.
Packaging
If you choose our premium packaging, a fee applies for each packaging item used.
FREE for clients using their own packaging.
Pick & Pack
This includes scanning, picking, gathering your orders, and passing them to the carrier.
NEGOTIABLE as order volume rises.
Storage
This is a monthly storage fee determined by the space your products occupy in the warehouse.
Daily rates REDUCE cost for fast moving lines.
Shipping
This is the carrier's fee for delivering your orders to the customer. The charge applies per parcel shipped, not per order.
LOWEST cost rates due to our courier buying power.

Storage
Storage is charged based on the locations that your products occupy. We calculate this on a daily rate to save costs. We do not charge per item stored and how your products are being stored is fully transparent. We will always maximise space / speed efficiency.

Pick Bin
A storage container designed for fast order picking, each bin holds around has a capacity of 10 litres.

Shelf
Shelf spaces are used for carton goods and products too large for pick bin storage.

Pallet
Pallets are for clients storing large quantities of inventory.
Example: You are a single product business selling B2C only. You send in 1 pallet of goods containing 1000 units of stock. Our team will allocate a small quantity to a pick bin for your daily orders. The remaining goods will be stored on a pallet to be replenished to the pick bin as required. In this example you would pay daily for 1x Pick Bin & 1x Pallet. The total daily cost would be £0.73 or £20.44 per month.
Packaging
If you decide not to package your items yourself we can package your goods for you in high quality unbranded packaging. Our warehouse team will determine the most suitable packaging type for your products by default, but you can also specify your requirements.

FREE For All Clients
Void Fill
We do not charge for void fill, paper, tape or any other packaging required to fill or seal your shipment. We always use Eco-Friendly void fill such as recycled kraft paper. We do not use packing peanuts in any scenario.
Other Charges
These charges only apply if we have to do things outside the service scope of usual fulfilment.
